Reynolds Lift successfully accomplished PMM integration with TOSHIBA Drives, after working together with the TOSHIBA Engineering team. Test plan was implemented for VSD to verify motor compatibility, upgrading controller components and software running at Reynolds in-house dyno RLT PMM at full load. Positive results were observed reaching our full power nameplate on the motor with 85%+ efficiency from 30% to 100% motor load.

Unlike other suppliers, now we can say each drive is fully supported from the factory to the well, because Reynolds 24/7 in-basin technicians provide guidance and support for retrofitting and service all controllers with engineering support either at our shop or in the field.
